A student of high standards, an achiever of academics, extra-curricular activities, school organizations and especially in life is Jordan French, currently a member of the Senior Class at Morgan Co. R-I, Stover, Missouri.

A member of the school staff shares his impression of Jordan. “I have been impressed with his character and attitude.Jordan is a very dependable student that is willing to help out at the school or in the community in any way he can.Jordan also is a very self-motivated person that does not settle for second best but always strives to be the best that he can at whatever he does.Jordan is also one of the most honest and trustworthy students I have ever dealt with.”

A former instructor shares, “Jordan assumes the rigor of the assignments, deadlines, and expectations with a tenacity seldom found in high school students.He approaches any undertaking with a deep conviction to succeed.He is a natural leader who has the ability to make smart, good decisions at any time.Whether it is athletics, academia, or life, Jordan French will always ‘Run to win!’”

Jordan is very active in the school both in athletics and academic clubs.In athletics, Jordan is an all-state cross country runner, an all-region, all-district and all-conference soccer player and an academic all-state and all-district baseball player and is a member of Stover’s basketball and track teams.On the academic side, he is involved in FBLA, Speech and Drama, NHS, Student Council and is the chairperson for ‘stop the violence’ in FCCLA.

Jordan French is a smart, responsible individual who will succeed in whatever task he undertakes.With his strong work ethic, Jordan has the ability to do whatever he wants in life and have success at it.A role model for his Stover High School peers, he is a leader who leads by example and by serving, which makes him most deserving as the Outstanding Rural Secondary Student for 2014.
