MARE Board Training Schedule
The Missouri Association of Rural Education will be offering Board Training opportunities across the state after the April election according to the schedule posted below. MARE is a state approved Board Training provider for the 18.5 hour initial training required for newly appointed or elected Board members and for the new Annual Refresher Training that is required per Missouri law as of last year. To register your members for one of these training opportunities, please complete the linked Board Training Registration Form Board Training Registration Form scan it and either mail or email a copy to Kevin Sandlin at ksandlin@moare.com. MARE Board Training Dates – 2021
** New training dates are announced as listed below:
Friday, January 22nd - Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark - 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 23rd - Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark - 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
** The Lodge if offering a room reservation rate of $85.00 per night for those attending this event. Be sure to mention this when you call to register for the training. Lodge number is (573) 365-3000
Friday, January 29th - Putnam Co. R-I School District, Unionville - 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 30th - Putnam Co. R-I School District, Unionville - 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
***PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ANY NEW BOARD MEMBER(S) NEEDING THE EIGHTEEN AND ONE-HALF (18.5) HOURS OF REQUIRED TRAINING.
