Strategic Partnership Manager for WGU Missouri
We are looking for someone to be the outreach person to schools and community colleges across the state. This person will be calling upon school leaders and community college educators/leaders. The goal is to increase awareness of WGU programs and ultimately increase access to higher education through WGU resulting in more lives changed. The person will travel across the state serving schools and community colleges as well as attending related conferences in the state. Because of the travel, the location of the individual may impact the selection process as well as the amount of overnight travel required of the person hired. Specifically, it will be easier if the person has easy access to the metro areas of Missouri by either living centrally or at least starting from a metro center (KC, St. Louis or Springfield). I'm specifically looking for someone with a strong network across the education sector. This might be a former school leader or another person who has connections across the state. I am excited about this shift in focus on our team.
