Kaylyn Bryant - 2020 "Philip C. Dorth Scholarship" Recipient

Kaylyn Bryant

Kaylyn is a graduate of Cassville High School in Cassville, Missouri.  She is currently a student at Missouri State University (Cassville Campus) working on a major in Elementary Education.

Kaylyn shares that teaching has been a dream of hers since she was very little.  She has known for most of her life that she wants to stay in her small rural community and make things better through education.  She looks forward to developing lifelong bonds and relationships with her students, thus providing them with great opportunities for success in the real world.

A college professor shares that "Kaylyn has the potential to do great things for students through education."  Another professor notes, "I believe that Kaylyn has the potential to be an impactful teacher in any educational environment that she chooses to enter, but specifically in a rural educational setting as she is well-rounded, able to differentiate instruction, apt to develop quality relationships with her students and willing to collaborate with coworkers."

We are pleased  to present Kaylyn Bryant the 2020 Philip C. Dorth Scholarship award!
