2001 Outstanding Rural Secondary Teacher
Robert Dooley
is currently the Director of Music with the Clark County R-I School District in Kahoka, Missouri, In his position, Mr. Dooley teaches instrumental music to students in grades 5-12 and chorus to students in grades 7-12. His extra duty assignments include Fall Marching Band, High School Pep Band, High School Jazz Band, High School Swing Choir, Middle School Marching Band and High School Spring Ensemble. Under the guidance of Mr. Dooley, high school participation in the schools marching band routinely exceeds 50% of the student population.
