Calab Kauffman is a graduate of Weaubleau High School in Weaubleau, Missouri. He is currently a student at Evangel University, Springfield, Missouri working on a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Biblical Studies.
Calab wants to become that teacher who makes a student truly see the potential that he/she has. He believes that teaching in a rural community is his “calling.”
A high school teacher stated that Calab is well liked by everyone who knows him and that he possesses a natural ability to put others at ease and make them feel accepted. A college instructor notes that Calab has the potential to be an amazing rural teacher.
