El Dorado Springs R-II - Superintendent Vacancy for 2020-2021
The El Dorado Springs R-2 School District is seeking candidates for the position of Superintendent of Schools for the 2020-21 School year. (Current Superintendent retiring).
El Dorado Springs is a Pre-K through 12 school located in Cedar County. The district has approximately 1150 students and includes portions of Cedar, Vernon, and St. Clair counties. The district contracts food service and student transportation. Assessed valuation is $96,050,584 with an operating levy of $3.25 and $.54 debt service. 2019-20 budget is $12,700,000. Multi-year contract will be considered with a salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. The district has 120 certified staff, 66 classified staff, and 6 administrators. Missouri Superintendent’s certificate is required, central office experience preferred. Full Board paid health insurance
Deadline for applications will be November 15th. Interviews will be scheduled November 18-26th. The Board hopes to name the new superintendent by December 6th. Contract begins July 1, 2020.
