Chillicothe R-II Special Services Director
The Chillicothe R-II School District is seeking applicants for the District Special Services Director beginning with the 2018-19 school year. Duties include: Overseeing the all District Special Education & ECSE services; serve as the District ELL, Homeless and Homebound services coordinator; Administrator to the District Alternative School (Transition to Life Center); and supervises the School District Administrative Claiming (SDAC) program. Applicants must have a minimum of a Masters Degree and three years teaching experience in Special Education; and a valid Missouri Special Education Certificate as a Director of Special Education, or as approved by DESE and the Board of Education.
