Dr. Ray Patrick - Special Recognition at MASA Conference
Dr. Ray Patrick, Executive Director of the Missouri Association of Rural Education, was recognized on Wednesday, March 29th at the annual MASA Conference held at The Lodge of Four Seasons. Dr. Doug Hayter, MASA Executive Director, called Dr. Patrick to the stage for the honor. He read a brief biography of Dr. Patrick and then presented him with a plaque. Dr. Patrick will be officially stepping down as MARE's Executive Director at the end of June, 2017. He has faithfully served the organization as Executive Director since July of 2000.
