The Belleview R-3 Board of Education is seeking candidates for the position of Superintendent of Schools and Elementary Principal for the 2015-2016 school year. Belleview R-3, a K – 8 School District, is located in northern Iron County, Missouri, at the intersection of State Highways 21 and 32, approximately 16 miles south of Potosi, 24 miles west of Farmington, and 12 miles north of the county seat located in Ironton, Missouri. The district has one campus serving a large rural area. Belleview R-3 has received the “Distinction in Performance” recognition annually from D.E.S.E. and continues to enjoy a lengthy reputation for academic achievement. Secondary students attend high schools in other districts on a paid tuition basis.

Position Information and Application Guidelines
- Superintendent, Principal, and Missouri Teacher Certifications required
- Administrative experience preferred
- Twelve month contract with 10 vacation days, as well as vacation days and benefits received by certified staff
- Minimum Salary $65,000
- Multiple year contract may be offered
- Application deadline February 13th with screening and interviews February 16th – 20th, finalists interviewed February 23rd – 27th; anticipated hire date March 16, 2015
- Contract to begin July 1, 2015
