I have been a custodian all my working life. In the 80's, I owned a service in Oklahoma that cleaned over 3 million sq. ft of floor nightly. In 86' I moved to the St Louis area and have been selling the tools, chemicals and supplies that I used. Now I'm putting it all together in these "How to" Videos to help more custodians. I only which that I would have had these resources available when I was learning. Dave Thompson New System

February 28, 2010 - In step three I lay the Fuller Appearance Finish with the Filmop flat finish pad and handle. There is no mop bucket or container used. I will pour the finish directly on the floor and spread. At the end, I simply put the pad and applicator in a trash can liner. The only cleanup is to wash both out. February 27, 2010 - In this clip, I use the Windsor Chariot iScrub 20 and a Chemical Free Strip pad to remove several layers of finish.
