Recently, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield purchased Lumenos, a cutting edge company, focused on improved employee health through incentives. This signaled a new era of increased employee involvement in their purchasing of health care. Coupled with Health Savings Accounts, consumers can now be regarded for becoming wiser purchasers of of health care.
